PRN Speech Language Pathologist

Oasis Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide one-on-one therapy services in an assisted living setting in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Available employment options:
- PRN
EMR: Net Health
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Assess and treat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate residents and caregivers on communication strategies and swallowing precautions.
- Complete accurate Net Health documentation and collaborate with the care team.
Qualifications
- Active and current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Geriatric, assisted living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred.
