Account Manager – Central Territory (Chicago, IL; Louisville, KY; Albuquerque, NM or El Paso, TX) The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue targets within the Central territory, managing the full sales cycle from customer engagement and quoting through order processing, shipment, and post‑sale support. Responsibilities include training clinical staff and distributors, launching new products with the marketing team, building relationships with physicians and clinicians, employing strategic selling skills, and proactively creating sales opportunities. The role also involves organizing peer‑to‑peer and promotional events and performing additional tasks as directed by management. Account Manager – Pacific Territory (Sacramento, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Las Vegas, NV or Salt Lake City, UT) Similar to the Central role, this Account Manager focuses on achieving sales revenue targets in the Pacific territory, overseeing the entire sales process, supporting distributors, collaborating on product launches with marketing, developing clinician relationships, and driving sales opportunities. The position also includes event coordination and additional duties as requested. Accounts Receivable Coordinator The Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports Aerogen’s North America Finance function by ensuring timely and accurate customer billing, collections, and account reconciliation. The role maintains strong customer relationships, manages AR processes per company policy, and collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to support revenue accuracy and operational excellence. Associate Clinical Educator – Southeast France Delivers clinical education to healthcare professionals across the Aerogen product portfolio, collaborating with Account and Territory Managers and the wider commercial team to enable implementation and integration of Aerogen therapies. The role ensures clinicians build confidence in using Aerogen technology in everyday practice. Associate Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – APAC Engages with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners across the APAC region to support the safe and effective use of Aerogen’s devices. The MSL shapes medical strategy, supports evidence generation, and contributes to educational and scientific exchange activities. Clinical and Sales Specialist – Argentina (Buenos Aires) Drives Aerogen’s commercial success in Argentina by integrating sales activities, clinical support, and strategic planning. Focuses on strengthening relationships with current customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering clinical training, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. Digital Transformation Intern – Ireland (Galway) Evaluates and enhances digital tools and platforms to support secure and efficient processes within Aerogen’s global business. This full‑time internship runs from May 26 to December 19 and is based in the Galway (Dangan) office. EHS Graduate Supports the Environmental, Health & Safety function by developing, implementing, and continuously improving EHS systems across the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating EHS administration, risk management, training, and contributing to site‑level and global EHS initiatives. VP, Americas and North America Leadership Team Associate Provides support to the VP and leadership team, requiring a highly organized, proactive individual who understands the dynamic needs of a growing MedTech company. The role involves diverse responsibilities demanding initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality. Global Financial, Planning & Analysis Manager Leads the high‑performing FP&A team based in Galway, Ireland, reporting to the Head of Finance. The manager partners with senior business leaders, delivering financial discipline, high‑impact insights, and support for strategic decision making across the organization. Global Sales Enablement & Excellence Manager Connects field teams, commercial leadership, and customers to ensure consistent, effective, and strategically aligned sales execution worldwide. The role shapes training, KPI alignment, incentive design, and drives innovation in sales excellence. Graduate Planner – Systems and Analytics Focus Supports production planning and procurement to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. The role coordinates schedules, monitors inventory, and manages purchasing processes, emphasizing data accuracy, ERP/MRP systems, and digital tools. Graduate Usability Engineer (Usability Engineer I) – Ireland (Galway) Supports the R&D User Experience team by conducting formative and summative human‑factors studies and contributing to user interface, packaging, labeling, and instructions design, applying human‑centered design principles. Inside Sales Representative – Ireland (Galway) Responsible for inside sales and support of Aerogen products within the assigned region. Legal Assistant Assists the legal team with daily activities across various aspects of Aerogen’s business, providing a recent graduate with broad, hands‑on legal experience. Maintenance Technician – Shift (9 Month FTC) – Ireland (Parkmore) Develops and implements efficient production processes to deliver consistent quality and maximize volume. The role focuses on data‑driven improvements and cross‑functional collaboration. Systems Engineer – Ireland (Shannon) Leads multidisciplinary project teams delivering manufacturing engineering, engineering systems, and digitalisation projects related to MES, ERP and other systems, collaborating with IT, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Supply Chain. Marketing Manager – Ireland (Shannon) Develops and drives Aerogen brand awareness strategy, generating leads and promoting adoption of Aerogen technology. The role reports to the Commercial Director/Senior Marketing Manager and partners with sales, clinical education, medical affairs, and global cross‑functional teams. Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Southeast Territory Provides non‑promotional medical support externally, ensuring safe and effective use of Aerogen devices. The role involves significant national travel and reports to the Senior Global Medical Affairs Manager. Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Mid‑Atlantic Region Similar to the Southeast role, this MSL supports the same core responsibilities while handling travel and reporting for the Mid‑Atlantic region. Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Japan Engages key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, regulators, and partners to ensure safe and effective use of Aerogen devices in Japan, shaping medical strategy and supporting evidence generation. Regional People Operations Lead – EMEA & APAC – Ireland (Galway) Delivers Aerogen’s People strategy across multiple regions, building scalable People Operations practices, ensuring compliance, and improving employee experience. Requires experience operating across EMEA (required) and ideally APAC. Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – USA Leads a sales team to meet revenue targets within the defined region, overseeing hiring, development, and management of team members to implement growth strategies and initiatives. Sr. Business Strategy Manager – Americas Defines and drives Aerogen’s American growth strategy, accelerates revenue plans, and leads the North American Leadership Team, collaborating closely with local and global teams. Senior Buyer Manages supplier negotiations, orders, and inventory monitoring, coordinating with procurement teams and supporting high‑stakes supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and contractual advantages. Senior Director of Quality Assurance Develops and maintains quality strategies and systems compliant with FDA and ISO 13485, leads an internal QA organization, authorizes quality documentation, and resolves product quality and compliance issues across global sites. Senior Maintenance Technician – Ireland (Shannon) Provides engineering support to existing and new processes, focusing on quality, service, and cost objectives at the Shannon Manufacturing facility. Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs Executes global regulatory submissions, manages interactions with health authorities, and maintains approvals for study execution and adverse event reporting, serving as the regulatory representative on clinical trials. Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist II – Ireland (Galway) Contributes to Aerogen’s Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs team, developing and executing regulatory strategies for new product launches and lifecycle management, including BLA submissions and late‑stage development.
