Cash Reconciliation Team Lead

Leading a remote team, the full-time Cash Reconciliation Team Lead will manage the execution of vendor payments, oversee a team of Reconciliation Analysts, and ensure accurate processing of customer invoices while driving process improvements. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily tasks and lead a team in matching client funding to AP feeds and clearing payments against invoices Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of vendor payments Prepare detailed month-end reports and manage a $2M loan portfolio to support the autopay program Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting Intermediate Excel skills for sorting and analyzing large data sets Prior supervisory or people management experience is strongly preferred Experience handling various banking transactions (e.g., ACH, Wire, Credit Card, Check) Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
