Wellness Nurse PRN

Silver Birch of Kokomo is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our Clinical Team . In this role, you’ll help support residents’ health, safety, and overall well‑being through medication management, assessments, and daily clinical support. The care you provide plays an important part in helping residents feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every day .
