Data Entry ClerkThe Data Entry Clerk, Manufacturing at BioLegend will work closely with all of the Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline Manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will also be responsible for helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples and will perform other duties as necessary.Essential FunctionsEnter relevant manufacturing data into ERP systems to help complete production orders, and create production labels.Assist with batch records; review, verify, and scan batch records.Assist manufacturing teams with a variety of administrative tasks.Generate weekly and daily electronic reportsFile and maintain data printoutsMaintain sample and controls inventoriesPerform job duties under ISO requirements and follow SOPs and/or work instructionsOther projects or responsibilities as required.This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications – Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma (or GED) with 6 months of data entry experience; OrAssociates degree in a science or related field; OrBiotechnology CertificatePreferred Qualifications – Education and ExperiencePrior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systemsSome academic or industry laboratory experienceBasic understanding of manufacturing processesWork Environment & Physical DemandsOfficeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear.CompensationThe base salary range for this full-time position is $18.50 - $24.75/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
