Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist – PRN – City Park Healthcare & Rehabilitation – Denver, CO

Pay range: $42.00–$50.00 hourly. PRN schedule with flexibility for full‑time schedules and vacation coverage.

Responsibilities

• Expand and implement therapy programming, including Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care.
• Design and deliver individualized therapy care plans to meet the needs of patients in the facility.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support clinical goals.
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing education and CEU classes offered to the therapy team.
• Support infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
