Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate at our Hopkins, MN community. You will conduct tours, process applications, verify credits and background, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents. You will build occupancy through marketing and resident referrals, while coordinating with maintenance to keep show units in top condition.
