Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in the Operating Room. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans. You will collaborate with the surgical team for effective patient outcomes. Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to safety protocols is essential. You will monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes. Education on pre- and post-operative care will be provided to patients and their families. Participation in continuing education and skill development is expected. You will ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures. You will document all nursing assessments and interventions accurately. Effective teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals are crucial.
