Compensation: Commission-Based (No Income Cap) About Reafco
Reafco is an investment-focused real estate brokerage specializing in 120 unit residential properties throughout Ohio. Our team works with property investors and homeowners across multiple markets while building long-term market expertise and transactional experience. Position Overview
We are seeking licensed real estate professionals interested in operating within a production-based environment focused on residential and investment property transactions. This is a commission-only role suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based compensation and independent prospecting. Key Responsibilities
- Represent buyers and sellers in residential and investment property transactions
- Prospect through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics
- Tour and evaluate residential and multifamily properties
- Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closings
- Collaborate with experienced agents on transaction execution
- Active Ohio real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a production-driven environment
- Experience in sales or outbound prospecting preferred but not required
- Interest in residential and investment-focused real estate
- Commission-based earning structure with no income cap
