Senior Program Delivery Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Program Delivery Manager - Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role serves as a program delivery manager responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the Audit and Risk technology portfolio. The Senior Delivery Lead will own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments, ensuring seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams. This leader will be accountable for structuring large, multi-workstream programs, establishing scalable governance, and navigating enterprise approvals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the Audit and Risk technology portfolio
• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments
• Ensure seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams
• Structure large, multi-workstream programs and establish scalable governance
• Navigate enterprise approvals
• Integrate emerging technologies such as AI into existing audit platforms with strong oversight, control, and auditability

Requirements:

• Experience with Project Administration, including tasks and deliverables management
• Proven ability in process and project execution
• Strong background in Project / Technical Management
• Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira)

Pay range: $52.54 - $60.54 per hour
