What You'll Do:

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyles, and budgets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome customers to the dealership and create a positive first impression.
• Build relationships by asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and understanding each customer's needs.
• Present vehicles, explain features and benefits, and help customers compare available options.
• Offer test drives and guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Follow up with customers and prospective buyers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to the success of the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales procedures.
• Stay up to date on Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles, product features, technology, and available options.
• Review your performance and identify opportunities to improve your results.
