In this highly visible role, you will drive global, enterprise‑level strategic insight across Raytheon’s portfolio, guiding long‑range priorities that shape the company’s international position and future growth trajectory.You will lead rigorous qualitative and quantitative assessments to inform long‑range planning, growth and innovation initiatives, portfolio optimization, and inorganic strategy including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures. Partnering closely with leadership across business units, finance, engineering, and operations, you will define ambiguous challenges, build structured strategic hypotheses, and deliver clear, executive‑ready recommendations that influence the company’s highest‑impact decisions.Success in this role requires exceptional strategic judgment, analytical depth, and executive communication capabilities, along with a strong understanding of the global aerospace and defense landscape, customer budget cycles, and competitive dynamics. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
