Location: Work Inside 5 Costco Locations in the Las Vegas Valley Area. Hours: Full-Time | Weekend Availability Required - Schedule will be Friday - Sunday, with additional networking and sales events. Join Our Costco Partnership Team A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Las Vegas. Your role is simple: talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates. No selling required inside the store - your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team. Not mandatory garage door experience - we provide full training. What You'll Do Engage Costco Members Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors. Generate Leads Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners. Represent the Brand Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco. Create Opportunities Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred Reliable and professional Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours) Pay & Compensation Base pay: $20 per hour Bonus pay for every qualified lead booked. Successful team members regularly generate multiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.
