We're looking for an experienced Manager within the automotive industry to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers hands-on leadership, management development, and a clear path for career advancement in a growing organization.

This position will be based in Harrisonburg, VA. During the initial training period, candidates will be required to train at our Lexington, VA location before transitioning to the Harrisonburg store.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day service center operations

• Coach, develop, and support team members

• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns

• Oversee vehicle maintenance services including oil changes, inspections, tire rotations, fluid services, and filter replacements

• Manage inventory and ensure operational readiness

• Maintain safety, quality, and service standards

• Follow and reinforce company service processes and certifications

The Right Candidate Has:

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in the quick lube or automotive industry (required)

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Basic computer proficiency

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example

Physical & Work Environment

This role involves working both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, around moving vehicles and equipment, and in a fast-paced service environment. Team members should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on their feet for extended periods, and perform vehicle service tasks that require bending, reaching, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
