Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy programs to assist them in reaching their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily activities.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and families on therapeutic practices to facilitate ongoing progress in their everyday lives.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatments as needed to keep patients on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
