Airport Customer Service Agent

Unifi Customer Service Agents are the first line of defense for our customers! This is a customer-facing role, providing first-class customer service to everyone. You are friendly, outgoing, and love to make people happy daily! Responsibilities include assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up, resolving issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items, utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage, handling customer interaction with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner, and performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

Basic Qualifications include a valid driver's license, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, ability to pass up to a 10-year background check, at least 18 years of age, authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986, completion of SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security, and ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
