Medical Scheduler
Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an highly proficient, contract-to-hire Medical Scheduler to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN! What You Will Do:
- Accountable for scheduling surgical procedures, diagnostic procedures, primary care, specialty care, and internal referrals.
- Follows and reinforces all policies for case scheduling.
- Communicates information for each scheduled appointment.
- Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner.
- Works under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of consecutive and recent (within the last 5 years) experience in a call center environment required.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times required!
Shift Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM M-F (Training hours will differ) Job Type: Contract-to-hire & 40 hrs/wk
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
