Corporate Treasury Expert

Apply hands-on corporate treasury expertise to complete self-contained exercises using mock bank statements, exposure schedules, and credit agreements. Each assignment requires a practical treasury deliverable evaluated against a defined rubric. Key Responsibilities

• Build rolling 13-week direct cash forecasts covering receipts, disbursements, and variance explanations.
• Identify and net foreign exchange exposures, assess fixed- and floating-rate risk, and design hedges aligned with corporate policy.
• Prepare hedge designation documentation and perform periodic effectiveness testing.
• Analyze working-capital metrics, including DSO, DPO, and DIO; evaluate bank fees against services; assess trapped cash and repatriation options; and forecast leverage and covenant headroom.
• Draft or update treasury policies addressing liquidity, foreign exchange, counterparties, and investments.

• At least 4 years of corporate treasury experience at an operating company.
• Hands-on experience with cash forecasting, hedging, or bank and liquidity management.
• Preferred qualifications include CTP, ACT, AMCT, or MCT credentials, and experience with treasury management systems.

• Complete a 13-week cash forecast using mock bank and receivables files.
• Prepare an FX exposure netting analysis and hedge recommendation.
• Develop a covenant headroom forecast.

• Remote, per-task independent contractor engagement.
• Assignments focus on corporate treasury. Bank asset-liability management, funds transfer pricing, and regulatory liquidity reporting are outside the scope of this work.
