Key Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes and cookies with artistic precision and creativity.
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and bake cookies and soft pretzels following company protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stock food items and paper products as needed.
- Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in cake decorating or a background in art preferred.
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, day and night shifts.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
