Salary & Benefits £33,000 - £38,000 per annum Company Pension Contribution Life Assurance Policy Employee Discount Scheme Overtime Available Exposure to high‑profile projects and industry‑leading technology Holiday Entitlement: 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing with service) The Role Conduct site surveys and advise on AV hardware, software, and resource requirements Carry out full AV installations including first‑fix cabling through to system commissioning Lead and manage on‑site installation teams and subcontractors nationwide Provide technical support including audio and lighting programming Deliver service and maintenance visits in line with client SLAs Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience installing AV hardware systems Strong knowledge of AV technologies (LED/LCD displays, video conferencing, video over IP, matrix systems) Experience with AV control systems and programming (audio & lighting) Solid understanding of IT networking within AV environments Full UK Driving Licence CSCS/ECS Card IPAF / PASMA Experience with Q-SYS, BI‑AMP, Crestron First Aid Qualification If you're an experienced AV Engineer looking to step into a leadership role, take on exciting national projects, and be valued for your expertise, we want to hear from you.
