Location: Montgomery, AL | Home-Based Patient Care
Pay: $42-$46/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | Flexible Schedule
Bonus: $5,000 Retention Bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one infusion therapy and clinical care to patients in their homes throughout the Montgomery area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN with strong IV skills who wants more schedule flexibility, work/life balance, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Administer prescribed infusion therapies safely and effectively in patients' homes.
• Provide one-on-one nursing care according to each patient's treatment plan.
• Perform IV starts and utilize strong infusion nursing skills.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment, and ongoing care.
• Monitor patient response to therapy and communicate clinical updates as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Strong IV start skills required.
• Current driver's license.
• Strong patient-care, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to independently provide care in a home-based setting.
• Home infusion experience preferred.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $45-$50/hour.
• $5,000 retention bonus.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
