Job Title: Buyer – Procurement / Supply Chain (Manufacturing) Department: Supply Chain Work Location: White Hall, AR FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM About the Role: Central Moloney is hiring a Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in White Hall, AR. This is a great opportunity for an experienced procurement or supply chain professional ready to own sourcing, material planning, and supplier relationships in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You'll drive purchasing decisions for raw materials, parts, and supplies that directly support production, working cross‑functionally with planning, accounts payable, and our supplier network. What You'll Do Lead procurement and purchasing of raw materials, parts, and supplies, balancing quality standards with cost control. Conduct MRP (Material Requirements Planning) reviews to forecast material needs and align purchasing with production schedules. Develop and execute material plans, place and track purchase orders, and manage inventory levels to prevent production delays. Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate pricing and terms, manage supplier performance, and resolve compliance issues. Partner with accounts payable to research and resolve invoice discrepancies, ensuring accurate, on‑time supplier payments. Analyze procurement and inventory data in Microsoft Excel and prepare reports for leadership. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency across the procurement function. What You Bring Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred, with hands‑on material planning and supplier management experience. ERP system experience required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong negotiation skills and sharp attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and cross‑functional teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Working Conditions Manufacturing plant environment with frequent exposure to production equipment and industrial noise. Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
