Make a difference as a Cook

As a Part-Time Cook at Canopy Pines Recovery, you'll work weekends and evenings, up to 30 hours per week, supporting our Head Chef and preparing meals that align with our health-focused mission. You'll work closely with the Head Chef to review the menu and ensure ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and ready for use. You'll prepare a variety of nutritious meals, paying close attention to dietary restrictions and preferences, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly during weekend and evening shifts. Expect to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards throughout your cooking process. Monitoring food inventory, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock rotation will also be part of your role.
