What You'll Do

As a Window Extruder Operator , you'll operate and support extrusion equipment used to produce high-quality window profiles. This is a hands-on position where you'll develop valuable technical and manufacturing skills.

Your responsibilities will include

• Maintain proper raw-material levels on assigned machines
• Set up packaging including crates, cradles, boxes and other materials
• Measure finished profiles and package products according to specifications
• Verify piece count, color, length and labeling
• Process and organize scrap materials
• Perform extruder setup and teardown
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot material, die and mechanical issues

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to perform quality inspections
• Ability to use standard measuring equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a good work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
