Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Project Leadership: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and quality completion Material Coordination: Partner with project managers to ensure materials arrive on time, driving project efficiency Subcontractor Collaboration: Lead with general contractors and other trades to maintain top-quality standards Quality Control: Ensure flawless installations that meet and exceed code compliance Cost Management: Keep labor costs in check by optimizing resources without sacrificing quality Safety Oversight: Maintain a safe job site, prioritizing safety for every team member Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license 6-10 years in job running, supervising, or superintendent roles Strong project management and electrical code knowledge Ability to read and execute detailed project plans Proven leadership skills to guide and manage electrician teams Experience with job cost management, especially labor Strong customer relations and a positive attitude Reliable transportation across Dallas-Ft.
