What You’ll Do As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will play a vital role in day-to-day operations: Perform formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, component prep, sterilization, and visual inspection in accordance with SOPs and cGMP standard guidelines. Conduct equipment checks, line clearances, material staging, and routine cleanroom activities. Complete contemporary documentation in manufacturing execution systems (MES/eBR), batch records, and logbooks. Monitor equipment alarms, support troubleshooting, and perform batch record reviews. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations. What You’ll Bring to the Team Education: High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field is a plus! Experience: 2+ years of experience in cGMP manufacturing, pharmaceutical operations, or a regulated cleanroom environment preferred. Skills: Experience with aseptic manufacturing, component prep, filling, or visual inspection is ideal. Mindset: Strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency (MES/eBR or SAP exposure is a bonus), and a great team-first attitude!
