• Facilitate engaging new-hire and ongoing training programs for Customer Care team members. 
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to help learners build confidence and improve performance.
• Coordinate and administer assessments to measure knowledge, progress, and training effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to keep training materials aligned with current processes, expectations, and business needs.
• Coordinate training schedules with Recruiting, Customer Care, and other key partners.
• Gather frontline feedback and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, and the overall customer experience.
• Stay connected to day-to-day operations so training remains practical, relevant, and reflective of the work our teams actually perform.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree highly preferred. 
• 3+ years of training and facilitation experience.
• Knowledge of current and emerging training methods, tools, and delivery techniques.
• Experience providing coaching and performance feedback, preferably within a contact center environment.
• Healthcare experience within pharmacy, hospice, durable medical equipment, managed care, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• A proactive, organized, and self-directed approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
