Recruiter Associate III - Corporate Services You are a Recruiter with the ability to provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region, including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking proper actions to close gaps Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Explore the best market practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Build quality relationships with internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes, and associations Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes Monitor labor legislation and implement required changes to keep the process compliant Manage the recruitment of managers to executive level positions; proactively source candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for hard‑to‑fill positions Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, websites, and niche posting sites Train/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires Utilize recruitment budget within given targets Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative Qualifications 7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductors, or advanced hardware environments Experience recruiting for roles in HR and Legal Excellent communication and relationship building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics Bachelor's Degree required Years of experience: 10+ years Technical Skills: Strong background/experience in recruiting for HR‑specific roles Desired: Semiconductor experience; work with tech organizations Computer Skills: Microsoft Office suite; Workday, Eightfold, LinkedIn Soft Skills: Excellent communication and relationship building skills; ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment Compensation Location: California Salary Range: $48,000 - $72,000 Benefits Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short‑term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Republic. Part‑time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Part‑time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year).
