Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals. Treat a wide variety of outpatient diagnoses and patient needs. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation. Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and continued progress. Communicate with providers, staff, and patients to support strong outcomes. Assist with limited LTC and skilled swing coverage as needed. Requirements Montana PT license required within 1 month. BLS required. Outpatient experience preferred. Must be comfortable treating a broad range of diagnoses. Strong communication and independence preferred. Why Baker?
