PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Must have a bachelor's degree in school counseling, school social work, or related field. School counselor certificate endorsement (NT), school counselor license, or school social worker license preferred. Must have successful experience working with at-risk student populations in a school or counseling setting. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Minimum starting salary range: $46,945 - $81,638 185 annual work days Salary schedule placement is determined by degree level and teaching experience. Teachers with previous teaching experience will receive one-half step on the salary schedule for each year of experience up to a maximum of Step 12. We offer a competitive benefit package, a $1500 new hire bonus, $2000 toward the cost of graduate credits, and half of the tuition cost for up to 18 graduate credits in a content area taught in our Early College Program.
