IT Administrator

The IT Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the internal IT and customer systems, infrastructure, and user access required to keep the A2-Ai team secure, productive, and connected Manages users, access and permissions Procure, configure and maintain desktop and laptops (MacOS, some Windows) Manage procurement and renewals of software licenses, SSL certificates, and core IT services This position is onsite at our Ann Arbor office. Specific responsibilities Onboards/Offboards new users to IT systems Manages support request via ticketing systems for both internal employees and external customers Maintains office network and IT systems Qualifications BS or BA preferred, information technologies field is a plus Experience in an IT-related field.
