USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities: Operate vehicles such as shuttle carts/golf carts, vans, pickup trucks, panel/box trucks, flatbed trucks, sedans, crew cab pickup trucks, and sports utility vehicles which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of up to 4500 kilograms (10,000 pounds); Loading and unloading from vehicles to provide timely delivery of linen, supplies and equipment directly to users or to storage areas; Secure cargo to prevent damage to contents during transport and ensures that the vehicle is not loaded beyond the maximum capacity; Load and unload by hand but may use a handcart to transport items; Using two-way radios to maintain communications with dispatcher/supervisor on assignments and locations
