Were looking for a Night Dispatcher and in Charger he is responsible for overnight shipment monitoring, customer communication, track and trace activities, exception management, appointment coordination, operational reporting, and proactive problem resolution to ensure efficient transportation operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track active shipments throughout the night, providing real-time visibility and updates.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and service issues.
• Update customer portals, systems, and shipment records with accurate information.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve operational exceptions, delays, and service disruptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely solutions and follow-up.
• Prepare overnight reports and communicate critical updates to the morning operations team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and foster effective collaboration with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
