Description:
• This is a Contract position for a Registered Nurse in the Manhattan, NY area, requiring onsite work.
• The role involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing electronic medical records.
• The shift is Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:30pm.

Requirements:
• Provide professional nursing care adhering to established clinical standards.
• Support and guide members of the clinical team.
• Implement procedures to improve service quality and maintain patient flow efficiency.
• Adhere to patient confidentiality and compliance policies.
• Provide patient education focusing on self-care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and communicate findings to the team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing required.
• 2 years' experience with medical surgical unit and/or pediatrics preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in New York State.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish, South Asian, East Asian, or Southeast Asian).
• BLS certification required.
