Territory Manager - Outside Sales

Overview We are seeking college graduates for a business-to-business product/service sales role in our West Palm Beach office. The Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition, working with executive level decision makers (Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President) and developing solutions that reduce customers’ operating costs. Responsibilities Prospecting new business (B2B, door-to-door, cold calling). Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity. Sell and set up new accounts. Manage accounts you sell. Training and Development New hires receive three weeks of corporate training and ongoing support through the "Fast Start Program" and senior training opportunities. Training is conducted in Little Rock, AR. Qualifications 0-2 years sales experience preferred. Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, communication preferred). Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended). Enthusiastic, energetic, polished professional appearance and demeanor. Driven to win and successful – a burning desire to succeed. Compensation and Benefits Base salary $50,000 + uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance; reimbursement for gas receipts. 100% paid medical benefits.
