Technical OperatorURGENT HIRING!!!TECHNICAL OPERATOR-$20/HR. 1st/2nd shift AVAILABLEJob SummaryThe Technical Operator supports filling and packaging operations by filling, capping, labeling, and assembling products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production standards in a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate filling and packaging equipment to fill, cap, label, and assemble products.Follow SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing procedures accurately.Maintain product quality, inventory records, and production documentation.Work in standard and clean room environments while adhering to PPE requirements.Identify and report equipment or process issues.Support daily production goals through effective teamwork and communication.Follow all safety regulations and handle materials according to established procedures.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Biology degree is a plus.0 to 3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.Ability to read and follow technical documents and work instructions.Basic math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lift 30 to 45 lbs consistently and work flexible hours/overtime as needed.PreferredMachine operation experience.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or other fast-paced environments.Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and inventory systems.Work ScheduleFirst Shift: 5:00 AM to 1:30 PMManufacturing facility with standard production and clean room environments.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
