Lending Product Marketing Manager

SWE Homes and its affiliates have nearly 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate and lending. With lending operations in Texas and Tennessee, we offer a broad range of financing solutions, including home equity, purchase money, investment, and other real estate secured loans. This provides flexibility to serve borrowers and transactions that may not fit conventional lending models. We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and detail oriented Lending Marketing Manager to help grow our lending platform, strengthen our brand, and generate new business across Texas, Tennessee, and future markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies for home equity, purchase money, investment, and other lending products. Identify new market opportunities and develop campaigns targeting homeowners, homebuyers, investors, real estate professionals, builders, and developers. Manage digital, social media, email, print, search, and grassroots marketing campaigns. Develop compelling product messaging, sales materials, presentations, websites, landing pages, and other marketing content. Manage SWE Lending's website, social media presence, digital advertising, and online brand. Partner with lending and sales teams to generate and convert qualified leads. Develop referral and strategic marketing programs with real estate agents, investors, brokers, and other industry partners. Track KPIs including leads, conversion rates, campaign performance, loan production, and marketing ROI. Maintain consistent SWE Lending branding and messaging across all channels. Manage outside marketing vendors, agencies, designers, technology providers, and other partners. Ensure marketing materials comply with applicable lending, advertising, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular marketing performance reports and recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven marketing experience in lending, mortgage, real estate, financial services, or a related industry. Understanding of lending products, real estate markets, and consumer behavior. Experience with CRM platforms; Zoho experience is a plus. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills. Creative and strategic thinker who can turn ideas into measurable results. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, analytics, and content strategy. Experience with website management, graphic design, and video editing is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with executives, sales teams, vendors, and external partners. Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
