Park Operations Lead - Guest Experience & Sales

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for onsite operations in Illinois, rotating through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities to gain real responsibility and leadership experience. You will lead from the floor, coach teammates, and drive guest satisfaction, safety, and operational excellence during shifts, including stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed.
