Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces

- Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and distribution

- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling

- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is preferred

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
