Leasing Professional – The Collective at Sutherland
Knoxville, TN | Full-Time | Saturdays Required
Brookside Properties is looking for a Leasing Professional to join the team at The Collective at Sutherland in Knoxville, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing background who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in property management.
Saturday availability is required for this position.

What You’ll Do
- Lease apartments and complete lease agreements
- Conduct property tours and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to prospective and current resident questions
- Follow up with leads and assist with leasing and renewal goals
- Collect rental deposits and maintain accurate records
- Ensure apartments and common areas are tour-ready
- Maintain accurate resident and property files
- Stay current on availability, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and lease terms
- Conduct property inspections and maintain community standards
- Build relationships with local businesses to generate traffic and referrals
- Promote the community through social media and other marketing efforts
- Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Saturday availability is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience required
- Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Experience with Entrata and social media (Facebook/Instagram) is a plus
