Loan Closer

Our Client is seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end closing of syndicated loan transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in loan settlements and a deep understanding of LSTA market practices. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely settlements and maintaining accurate records across internal systems. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end closing of syndicated loan transactions. Process and settle LSTA/LMA loan trades across a high-volume portfolio. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, custodians, and agents to ensure timely settlement. Handle trade allocations, documentation, and post‑trade follow‑ups. Monitor and resolve settlement breaks and exceptions. Utilize ClearPar throughout the trade lifecycle. Maintain accurate books and records across internal systems. Support cash movements and liquidity coordination across transactions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. 5 years of loan closing experience within financial services. Strong experience with syndicated loan settlements and LSTA market practices. Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes and complex allocations. Hands‑on experience with ClearPar required. Background in hedge funds, investment management, or similar environments preferred.
