They assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions promptly. Collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams is essential for ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. Emergency Room RNs are responsible for monitoring patient conditions and providing ongoing assessments. Nurses must demonstrate advanced clinical skills and critical thinking in high-pressure environments. Ongoing education and adherence to safety standards are integral to this role. The position requires a commitment to professional development and staying current with certification requirements.
