Ideal Candidate Profile
A Lead Business Analyst with strong SQL expertise who can bridge business and technical teams, lead offshore resources, manage data validation and migration projects, and effectively communicate with clients while ensuring high-quality data delivery. The candidate should possess leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills, and a stable employment history.
- Local to Philadelphia, PA or willing to relocate
- Strong hands-on SQL experience (Mandatory)
- 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering
- Experience leading teams of 3+ members
- Maximum 12 years of total experience
- Stable work history with strong tenure (avoid frequent short-term contracts)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Lead validation activities for migrated data assets.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with business requirements.
- Develop and execute validation strategies for large-scale data migration initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear and actionable validation plans for offshore teams.
- Manage and mentor an offshore team of 3-6 members.
- Prioritize workstreams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for validation-related activities.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Define validation checks and testing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and quality throughout migration efforts.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to automate validation processes.
- Recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
