Position Overview


The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Position starts at $20/hr.

Shift:

• 1st Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing warehouse inventory
• Load and unload products efficiently and safely
• Scan, track, and manage incoming and outgoing orders
• Transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts
• Label, stack, shelve, and stage inventory for storage and shipment
• Fulfill, package, and label orders with accuracy
• Perform manual inventory counts as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment
• Report any equipment malfunctions to management
• Follow all warehouse SOPs and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet warehouse goals

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification or willingness to complete forklift training
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Computer literacy is a plus
• Must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check Other duties as assigned
