ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in November 2025 and currently lead a growing team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent seven years as a State Farm team member, along with time as a kindergarten teacher — a background that shaped my people-first leadership style and strong focus on coaching, patience, and development. I’m a proud alum of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, a parent of two, and our office wouldn’t be complete without our dog, Charlie, who’s very much part of the team.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Diane Berg - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
