Omschrijving functie Bij een fabrikant van klimaatsimulatiesystemen in Malden ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor installaties die uiteenlopende omgevingsinvloeden nabootsen. Denk aan temperatuur, vocht, corrosie, stof, water en vibratie, afzonderlijk of gecombineerd in een stresstest. Je werkt aan standaard testinstallaties én klantspecifieke systemen die in een proces worden geïntegreerd. Als PLC engineer vertaal je klantwensen naar functionele specificaties, PLC-software en interfaces. Daarbij houd je de nauwkeurigheid van de procesbesturing en een betrouwbare werking van de installatie voor ogen. In de dagelijkse praktijk programmeer en test je software, selecteer je passende besturingscomponenten en stem je technische keuzes af met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners. Samen met monteurs verzorg je de oplevering bij klanten en zorg je voor bruikbare documentatie. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar kennis delen en eigen initiatief belangrijk zijn. Met aanvullende opleiding en scholing kun je je verder verdiepen in CODESYS, PLC/HMI-oplossingen en procesbesturing. Wat ga je doen? Vertalen van klantwensen naar functionele specificaties voor klimaattestinstallaties Ontwerpen, programmeren en implementeren van PLC-software en definiëren van interfaces Testen van besturingssoftware vóór de oplevering op klantlocatie Samen met monteurs in bedrijf stellen en opleveren van installaties bij klanten Selecteren van geschikte besturingscomponenten en optimaliseren van de procesbesturing Afstemmen van technische keuzes met interne afdelingen, leveranciers en externe partners Documenteren van software en werkzaamheden voor klanten wereldwijd Wat vragen we van jou?
