Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess the emotional and psychological needs of patients, developing effective treatment strategies based on individual assessments.

  • Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans tailored to each student's specific needs.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.

  • Document all social work activities, treatment plans, and patient progress in compliance with established departmental standards and legal requirements.

  • Provide ongoing education and guidance to students and their families to help them understand and navigate the mental health care process and resources available to them.

  • Advocate for patients by coordinating with community resources and support systems, ensuring students and their families have access to necessary services.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
