Full-time position, Monday - Friday, in office (West Sacramento). Weekends off!

- Oversee S&G's job postings, ensuring maximum visibility for job seekers
- Conduct phone screenings and arrange in-person interviews
- Prepare new hire paperwork
- Process onboarding of new hires
- Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team
- Positive attitude and strong energy
- Previous recruiting experience required
- Dependable, coachable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
- Comfortable engaging with customers in person and over the phone
