At DV Therapy, Behavior Technicians are the people kids see most. You're the one on the floor building skills one session at a time, celebrating the first time a child asks for a snack with words, or makes it through a transition without a meltdown. That work matters, and we treat it that way.

You'll deliver ABA sessions in our Palmdale center and in clients' homes, following treatment plans written by your BCBA. You won't be figuring it out alone. Your BCBA and Program Manager supervise you, give you feedback in real time, and keep training you so you get better at this every month.

What You Get
Every Behavior Technician, full-time or part-time:

• Hourly rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Real support: DV Therapy supports the 3-Tier model so you’ll work alongside a BCBA and a Master’s Level Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Run one-on-one ABA sessions in clinic and home settings, using skill-building programs and behavior intervention plans

• Help kids build communication, daily living, and social skills in ways that carry over to home and school

• Take session data accurately so your BCBA can see what's working and adjust

• Keep clear, timely session notes and protect client confidentiality

• Partner with your BCBA, Program Manager, and families so every child gets consistent care

• Prep materials and session activities that keep kids engaged

• Show up for supervision and training, and bring your questions

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)

• Current CPR certification and TB test

• ABA experience preferred

• RBT certification is a plus but not required

• Spanish fluency is a bonus, and many of our families will be grateful for it, but it’s not required

• Patience, a sense of humor, and a real interest in how kids learn
