Partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT – COE’s and Subsidiary Stakeholders for desired results.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Project manager for all activities related to implementation of SAP for assigned project/subsidiary locations.Activities include:Blueprinting (gathering requirements from the business and identifying GAP’s)Review and maintain testing scripts for each new subsidiary rolloutTransfer of knowledge to Super User network at subsidiary locationRole Mapping/Security access to SAPBusiness Impact AnalysisMonitor project throughout project phases/stage gates, escalate issues to PMO, GBPO or COE as neededCoordinate communication activities that highlight and publicize plans, goals and results of the SAP projectInvolvement with standard or custom report writing using BI in the workstream function, summarizing business and financial data for review by executives, managers and other stakeholdersAssist with annual security and segregation of duties reviewAssist with continuous improvement projects identified within own workstream or across other work streams.
